Unacceptable Behaviour

South Essex Homes is committed to providing a high-quality service and aims to treat everyone we deal with fairly, impartially and with respect.

We believe that residents and visitors have the right to express their views and ask questions about the services provided.  All customer comments and suggestions are important in continuing to develop and refine the services that South Essex Homes provides.

We understand that some of the issues that are discussed can be frustrating or distressing for you and in times of trouble or distress, people may act out of character.  In a very small number of cases, people may behave in an unacceptable way despite our best efforts to help.

This makes it difficult for us to deal with their queries or complaints effectively, as South Essex Homes also has a duty to protect the welfare and safety of staff.  They should be able to come to work without fear of violence, abuse, harassment or discrimination.
