The safety of our residents and visitors is of the utmost importance to us. Please see Essex Fire and Rescue, home safety advice for more information. 

If you have any questions or would like to discuss fire safety at your home or block, please get in touch with your Tenancy Services Officer by calling us on 0800 833160.  Alternatively you can find the contact details for your Tenancy Officer and email them directly.

Free home safety visits can be booked by calling Essex County Fire and Rescue Service on 0300 3030088 or via the online form at www.essex-fire.gov.uk/book.

The Home Office has released a new leaflet on fire safety for people living in flats, landlords and those responsible for residential buildings. 

Fire Safety Downloads

A mailing was sent to all tenants of flats in January 2023 containing fire safety information, in order to meet the requirements of the Fire Safety Act 2021.
